Junior Designer – Analyst (Asset Management)

Location: New York, NY 10282 — onsite. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.

Pay rate: $33.00 per hour. Duration: 1 year, with a possibility of extension.

What you will do

• Conceptualize and create campaigns, web banners, social media graphics, email assets, and print collateral.
• Translate financial data, market outlooks, and economic information into clear infographics and data visualizations.
• Update and maintain marketing collateral, pitch books, product materials, and recurring templates.
• Design visual assets for client events and conferences, including stage backdrops, signage, step-and-repeats, and booth layouts.
• Format high-stakes PowerPoint presentations and ensure correct typography, templates, and brand consistency.
• Balance approximately 60% creative design work with 40% production and formatting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services, corporate marketing, or an agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio submitted as a web link or PDF.
• Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for layout design, prototyping, and component libraries.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Word, strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects, Director, or other motion design software.
• Experience designing for financial services or corporate marketing.
