What you will do

• Carry out day-to-day KYC processes and monitor incoming and outgoing verification activity.
• Verify member identity documents across multiple states and jurisdictions.
• Apply KYC, AML, responsible gaming, fraud, and enhanced due diligence requirements.
• Process cash-out requests and investigate day-to-day verification, payment, and technical issues.
• Handle KYC-related customer service escalations and support player onboarding.
• Coordinate with VIP, management, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in document review or verification.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or handling customer queries.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly from mistakes.
• Experience with risk management, online payments, or internet businesses.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions where Bally's operates.
• Collaborative attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gambling or banking.
• Experience with Geocomply, LexisNexis, and SharePoint.
• Intermediate Excel or Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
