AML Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $54,000–$60,000 USD per year, plus performance bonuses

What you will do

• Review AML alerts and triggers, investigate activity, and determine whether behavior is suspicious.
• Perform customer due diligence checks, including PEP, sanctions, and account reviews.
• Analyze player transactions and gameplay, request verification, and monitor reports for fraud or unusual behavior.
• Handle escalations from Payments, KYC, Customer Support, Compliance, and VIP teams.
• Prepare and document SARs and compliance reports for regulators, state authorities, leadership, and committee meetings.
• Identify fraud and AML trends and report system issues, bugs, and process problems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of AML experience or experience in a related field.
• Experience in online gambling, iGaming, or banking is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate or better Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions where Bally's operates, including successful background checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with GeoComply, LexisNexis, and SharePoint.
• CAMS certification.
• Previous AML experience in an iGaming company.
