IT Systems Implementation Auditor (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within Brazil; working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The role is associated with Hortolândia, São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do

• Execute risk-based IT audits and System Pre-Implementation Reviews.
• Define audit objectives, assess processes and risks, test controls, evaluate control effectiveness, and prepare final reports.
• Lead IT auditors reviewing ERP implementations, cloud migrations, SaaS deployments, system integrations, and AI solutions.
• Assess project governance, solution design, security controls, data migration, testing, segregation of duties, operational readiness, and go-live risks.
• Communicate issues, risks, recommendations, and technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, IT audit, technology risk, system implementations, IT operations, application development, cloud technologies, or a related field.
• Experience assessing large-scale technology implementations, enterprise transformation programs, cybersecurity, SOX, risk management, or IT auditing.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001/27002, NIST, COSO, and cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
• Experience with incident response, secure software development, security governance, cloud computing, SDLC, third-party risk, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, access management, audit logging, and configuration management.
• Experience leading cybersecurity audits and security assessments for a global organization.
• Professional communication in English and Portuguese is required. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and time-management skills are also required.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIA, CDPSE, ITIL, cloud certifications, or SAP certifications.
• SOX experience and SAP implementation experience.
