IT Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Manager

Location: Fully remote

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Support ISO and SOC 2 internal and external audits, including IT operations audit activities.
• Assess IT and business processes, risks, challenges, and the business impact of products, tools, technologies, and policies.
• Work with business managers, IT engineering, and IT operations teams in a multicultural, multi-vendor, multidisciplinary environment.
• Brief senior leadership and executives on continuity, recovery, risk, and operational topics.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve ITSM efficiency, governance, decision-making, and service outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 4+ years in IT business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery best practices, including ISO 27031 and ISO 22301.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 2700x, and SOC 2 standards.
• Experience with risk management, information security management, IT operations audits, and cloud technologies.
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• High English proficiency in spoken and written communication is required.
