Professional Services Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite and remote professional services engagements.

Global cybersecurity company developing and delivering security products and services for individual and corporate clients.

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, migrate, and optimize endpoint and non-endpoint security solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and design architectures, hardware recommendations, and application settings.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and non-endpoint solutions at Level 1 and Level 2.
• Assess, analyze, and document cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Manage technical and non-technical aspects of professional services projects and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales, Pre-sales, colleagues, and senior management to deliver recommendations and resolve challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT security implementation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, support, and advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with software implementation, configuration, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and risk and vulnerability assessments.
• Mandatory: Spanish and Portuguese communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, or COBIT frameworks and standards.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity and technical certifications such as Security+, Cloud+, Linux LPI, Network+, or CISSP.
• English communication skills.
