Compliance Officer (Systematic Trading)

What you will do

• Act as the Compliance point of contact for business-line partners and provide risk-based advice and training to investment personnel.
• Review and support approval of new instruments, products, strategies, technology, models, trading venues, and trading activities.
• Support systematic, Delta 1, index arbitrage, and macro trading desks across futures, fixed income, credit, rates, FX, commodities, volatility, and equity index derivatives.
• Escalate and oversee compliance monitoring, testing, risk assessments, trade surveillance, and control evaluations.
• Handle exchange and regulator queries, support formal examinations, and lead regulatory change initiatives.
• Provide control room support for wall crosses, market soundings, MNPI, and confidential information controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience, preferably in a multi-manager firm covering systematic trading or similar strategies.
• Practical knowledge of market structures, financial products, quantitative methods, models, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to collaborate with professionals across roles and seniority levels.
• Work from the London, United Kingdom office.
