Consumer Analytics & Insights Summer Internship 2027 (Consumer Analytics/Market Research): Analysing consumer, market, retailer, and media data to identify trends and growth opportunities with an accent on consumer understanding, hypothesis testing, and translating findings into commercial recommendations. Focus on uncovering behavioural insights, solving live business challenges, and communicating recommendations to commercial teams and retail partners.
Location: UK Head Office in Weybridge; onsite summer internship from 5 July 2027 to 24 September 2027

What you will do
- Take ownership of live consumer analytics and insights projects during a 12-week internship.
- Analyse consumer, market, retailer, media, and shopping data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Form and test hypotheses about consumer behaviour and emerging consumer groups.
- Use market research, consumer understanding, and analytics to solve commercial challenges.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for commercial teams and retail partners.
- Present insights and help shape external stories for retail partners.
Requirements
- University student graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- Degree or relevant background in business, psychology, economics, anthropology, sociology, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Curiosity about consumer behaviour and a researcher mindset focused on uncovering the reasons behind observed behaviour.
- Demonstrated leadership, observational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Must have the right to work in the UK for the full internship period without sponsorship from P&G, for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Hiring process
