Forward Deployed Agent Builder (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with business and product teams to translate complex problems into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures.
• Design and build agent workflows with LangChain and LangGraph, including ReAct and supervisor-based multi-agent architectures.
• Architect end-to-end RAG pipelines with Copilot and vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector.
• Build memory, context-handling, API, MCP, and enterprise platform integrations for agent systems.
• Develop business application agents with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Improve agent latency, cost, accuracy, observability, evaluation, usability, and stakeholder understanding.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, especially LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience designing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, and enterprise API integrations.
• Experience with observability and evaluation tools for AI systems.
• Strong communication skills and a product and UX-oriented approach to AI experiences.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with MCP and skills-based agent architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Forward-deployed or solution engineering experience.
