Product Solution Engineer (Email)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and regional teams on strategic new-business and expansion opportunities for high-volume and technically complex customers.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Translate customer requirements and Email capabilities into solution proposals, implementation plans, business cases, and success criteria.
• Support beta projects and early-release implementations while coordinating feedback with Product Development.
• Create Email playbooks, implementation guides, scoping practices, troubleshooting materials, and enablement content.
• Lead the global Email Community of Practice and improve the transition from solution design to implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as a technical subject matter expert in Email, email infrastructure, deliverability, CPaaS, ESP, or related communications technology.
• Experience supporting strategic or enterprise customers through technical consulting, solution design, presales, implementation, or technical account management.
• Strong understanding of SMTP, API integrations, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP and domain reputation, deliverability, bounce management, and sending infrastructure.
• Ability to convert complex technical knowledge into practical solutions, clear documentation, and repeatable methods.
• Experience leading technical discussions with business and technical stakeholders, including workshops, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and global enablement skills.
