TL;DR

Investment Strategist – Local SPOC (Multi-Asset): Building and articulating an investment vision for Luxembourg through macroeconomic research, scenario analysis, and cross-asset allocation with an accent on translating global strategy into local portfolio positioning and market communication. Focus on analyzing complex market signals, aligning investment views with global teams, and presenting actionable insights to private bankers, commercial teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.

What you will do

Conduct macroeconomic and financial-market research to shape the investment vision.
Build scenarios, identify trends and risks, and produce investment materials for the monthly investment cycle.
Develop cross-asset allocation views and translate macroeconomic perspectives into portfolio positioning guidelines.
Act as the local point of contact for communicating the global investment vision in Luxembourg.
Provide market updates and investment insights to Private Bankers and commercial teams.
Prepare presentations and represent investment views at client events, group presentations, and selected media interactions.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA charter considered an asset.
10+ years of financial-markets experience as a Portfolio Manager or Investment Strategist, with a track record in macro analysis and multi-asset allocation.
Excellent written and spoken English and French.
Strong expertise in macroeconomics, market analysis, cross-asset dynamics, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to translate complex market signals into actionable investment views and portfolio positioning guidelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, autonomy, collaboration skills, and willingness to travel regularly when required.

Nice to have

CFA charter.
Dutch or another European language.
Experience leading relevant strategic or change projects.
