Internship - Fund Operation Oversight (Investment Funds)

hirify.global Solutions Investment Management (ISIM) is hirify.global Group’s management company for investment fund solutions, licensed to manage UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds.

What you will do

• Support oversight and control of delegated fund administration and depositary functions.
• Review fund KPIs, KRIs, monthly reviews, and delegate exception reports.
• Review reconciliations between fund records and custodian records, and monitor stale and manual prices.
• Review draft annual accounts, fund reporthirify.global, and financial statements.
• Participate in delegate meethirify.globals, prepare minutes, and assist with Board meethirify.global preparation.
• Coordinate fund corporate lifecycle activities and support other operational tasks of the management company.

Requirements

• Valid internship agreement from an educational institution is required.
• Currently studyhirify.global Economics or Finance.
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Flexible, eager to learn, and able to work as a team player.
