Senior Product Manager (ADAS)

Location: Hybrid; report to the Warren Technical Center in Warren, Michigan, or the Milford, Michigan office at least three times per week. Candidates located in California must travel to Michigan once per month.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, product vision, definition, and development of an Automated Driving and Active Safety product.
• Use data, research, and market analysis to define product strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and prioritize product requirements to address customer and business problems.
• Drive development with software, design, engineering, and program management teams.
• Define and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and performance data.
• Communicate product status to senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners while building consensus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Strong analytical, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with complex software solutions and defining vision and strategy for software products.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, identify risks, and address obstacles proactively.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.
• Experience with ADAS product development and performance in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with global teams and AI/ML or data science teams on software tools, pipelines, and releases.

• Experience fostering innovation and driving change in complex organizations.
