Line Product Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Arecibo, Puerto Rico; onsite

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance across engineering activities and support daily production operations.
• Train the IPU team on relevant technical and production topics.
• Troubleshoot production issues and identify materials on the production floor.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, rework instructions, quality packaging specifications, and MTD documentation.
• Support deviation analysis, alternative material reviews, validation processes, and FFF tests.
• Implement engineering changes and define line balancing, routings, and cycle times.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, equipment, and tools.
• Fluent English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD systems.
• Proactive, collaborative, clearly communicating, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
