What you will do

• Design high-fidelity desktop and responsive website interfaces in Figma.
• Apply brand guidelines, design systems, accessibility standards, typography, layouts, colour, imagery, and responsive behaviour.
• Work with Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates.
• Collaborate with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers to implement feedback and resolve blockers.
• Support and oversee a group of junior designers, review outputs, and track deliverables.
• Use Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite when required.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects.
• Experience managing or handling a team of 10–15 designers.
• Strong hands-on Figma experience, including design systems and shared libraries.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, web layout behaviour, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong communication, multitasking, feedback implementation, mentoring, and deliverable-tracking skills.
