Senior Game Designer (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid; office-based in the UK or remote with occasional office visits. Locations listed: London and Malaga.

What you will do

• Ideate Casino and Slot game concepts, themes, mechanics, and features aligned with product strategy.
• Own the product vision from inception through release and remain accountable for created products.
• Develop and review original math models and concepts for Slots, Table, and other Casino games.
• Collaborate with game designers, producers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians, and software engineers.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, pitch new insights, and maintain a competitive game portfolio.
• Work with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in the iGaming domain.
• Strong understanding of game systems, mechanics, and feature design.
• Narrative skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfort working with Excel and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
