Country Manager (iGaming)

Location: Ta' Xbiex, Malta; workplace: on-site

What you will do

• Report on country performance and support regional growth and ROI objectives for a major client portfolio.
• Optimize localized websites and affiliate activities to improve user experience, compliance, and acquisition growth.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop data-backed go-to-market strategies for a European territory.
• Coordinate projects across Content and Design, managing deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and blockers.
• Support Team Leads with workload planning and assume operational responsibilities during high-demand periods.
• Improve workflows through Jira configuration, production analytics, process automation, and AI integration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager coordinating multiple cross-functional teams or workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and custom reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve individual and team efficiency.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• French: full professional proficiency required.
