Senior Performance Copywriter (AI)

What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns, including landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles that translate technical features into customer-focused messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create structured copy variations for A/B testing, analyze performance data, and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other specialists while using AI tools for research, ideation, analysis, and production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct response copywriting, performance copywriting, advertising copywriting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, performance creative, and copy for cold audiences.
• Experience creating A/B testing variations, reviewing marketing performance data, and improving copy based on results.
• Strong research, proofreading, prioritization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage multiple clients, niches, and projects.
