Senior Performance Copywriter (CRO)

What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns, including landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles that translate technical features into customer-focused messaging.
• Create structured copy variations for A/B testing, analyze performance, and iterate based on conversion results.
• Adapt successful copy concepts across clients, products, and industries while documenting tests, research, and learnings.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other team members, using AI tools to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct-response, performance, advertising, or similar conversion-focused copywriting.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, conversion-focused writing, and performance creative.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, headlines, hooks, offers, CTAs, value propositions, and messaging angles.
• Experience with cold audiences, customer acquisition campaigns, structured A/B testing, and performance data analysis.
• Ability to research unfamiliar products and markets, manage multiple clients and projects, and use AI tools for copy development and workflow optimization.
