Senior Performance Copywriter (CRO)

What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles for cold audiences.
• Produce structured copy variations for A/B testing, analyze performance, and iterate based on conversion results.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other team members while using AI tools to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct response, performance, advertising copywriting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English is required.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience with landing pages, paid advertising copy, performance creative, cold audiences, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing, marketing performance analysis, proofreading, compliance, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, niches, and projects while communicating clearly and delivering on time.
