What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve risk management processes, governance, and tooling.
• Provide forward-looking, decision-oriented risk insights aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions to support consistent risk-based decision-making.
• Develop scenarios and stress paths for strategic themes, decisions, and emerging risks, including impact and residual-risk analysis.
• Monitor emerging threats and translate risk concepts into actionable strategies and a common risk language.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and contribute to team development and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, economics, risk management, or technology.
• Extensive risk or assurance experience, including shaping risk frameworks and policies.
• Experience integrating risk management with company strategy in large, complex organizations.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and balancing multiple interests.
• Experience translating high-level trends into actionable insights and scenarios.
• Strategic and global thinking, business sense, and expertise in complex risk management solutions.
