What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve risk management processes, governance, and supporting tools.
• Provide forward-looking risk insights that connect enterprise risks with business objectives and strategic decisions.
• Advise senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and support consistent risk-based decision-making across business sectors.
• Develop and facilitate scenarios and stress paths for strategic themes, emerging risks, and major decisions.
• Monitor the evolving risk landscape and convert complex risk concepts into practical strategies and a common risk language.
• Contribute to risk culture, team development, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, economics, risk management, technology, or a related field.
• Extensive enterprise risk or assurance experience, including shaping risk frameworks and policies.
• Experience integrating risk management with company strategy in large, complex organizations.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders while balancing competing interests.
• Experience translating high-level trends into actionable insights, scenarios, and strategic recommendations.
• Strategic and global thinking, strong business judgment, and expertise across multiple areas of risk management.
