Senior Performance Copywriter (CRO)

What you will do

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns, including landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify messaging opportunities.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles that translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and iterate based on conversion results.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other team members while contributing research and test learnings to the copywriting knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in direct response, performance, advertising copywriting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, performance creative, and copy for cold audiences and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Experience creating structured A/B test variations, reviewing marketing performance data, and improving copy based on results.
• Experience using AI tools for research, copy development, analysis, and workflow optimization, along with strong proofreading, communication, and project-management skills.
