What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets describing online and mobile game player behavior.
• Provide actionable recommendations to shape game features, economies, and product roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, Game Economy, and LiveOps teams to improve monetization, retention, and player experiences.
• Build automated dashboards and reports covering key business metrics and player experiences.
• Manage multiple analytical projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools and large datasets.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Passion for understanding consumer behavior in social gaming and tolerance for ambiguity.
• BA or B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
