Game Designer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Ideate Casino and Slot game concepts aligned with the wider product strategy.
• Hold the product vision from inception through release and remain accountable for the games created.
• Develop and review original math models, game themes, concepts, mechanics, and features for Slots, Table, and other Casino games.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch new insights to internal teams.
• Collaborate with game designers, producers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians, software engineers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Improve the studio's game portfolio by understanding market conditions and creating competitive products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Slot Game Designer or in a similar Casino Gaming role.
• Strong narrative skills and understanding of systems, mechanics, and feature design.
• Comfort working with Excel and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with a high degree of initiative and personal accountability.
