Vodafone Romania Discover Graduate IT-AI Engineering Programme (AI)

Location: Bucharest, Romania. Hybrid working with two days per week in the office and three days working remotely.

What you will do

• Work on major AI initiatives across hirify.global business units during a two-year graduate programme.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions from concept through implementation.
• Translate business challenges into digital and AI-powered products.
• Develop conversational experiences such as VoiceBots and ChatBots.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals, leaders, and stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Build practical experience through mentorship, hands-on training, and exposure to different business areas.

Requirements

• Recent graduate within the last two years or Master's student in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Security, Engineering, Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with coding, cloud computing, software engineering, and modern development practices.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and conversational AI.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and a genuine interest in connectivity, networking, enterprise technology, and digital innovation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, and continuous-learning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
