Senior Information Security Engineer (CipherTrust)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Columbus, Ohio; Chandler, Arizona; or Charlotte, North Carolina

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale encryption and key management solutions for sensitive enterprise data.
• Administer and support Thales CipherTrust Key Manager, CipherTrust Transparent Encryption, HSMs, and security appliances.
• Harden, tune, troubleshoot, and support Linux, Unix, and Windows server environments.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions using Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, VBScript, JavaScript, and UiPath.
• Implement infrastructure upgrades, security patches, and version upgrades for systems, appliances, and HSMs.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams on resilient security architecture, change management, and incident management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Thales CipherTrust Key Manager and CipherTrust Transparent Encryption.
• 5+ years of scripting and automation experience and 5+ years of Unix, Linux, or Windows systems administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with encryption or tokenization technologies.
• 3+ years of experience building, administering, or supporting HSMs or security appliance devices.
• Advanced knowledge of cryptographic protocols, algorithms, cryptographic technologies, and key management.
• Experience with format-preserving encryption, tokenization, transparent data encryption, Agile Scrum or Kanban, and enterprise change and incident management.
