Location: Cobalt Park GO, United Kingdom. The placement runs from 5 July 2027 to 31 July 2028, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration without requiring sponsorship.

What you will do

• Complete specific projects and take responsibility for live business challenges from the first day.
• Work within a finance, business, or product supply team and contribute to real business impact.

• Participate in a 12-month onboarding programme with regular training.
• Develop communication, emotional intelligence, digital capability, and coding skills.
• Work with managers and experienced colleagues through ongoing mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK for the full placement period without sponsorship.
• Availability from 5 July 2027 to 31 July 2028 for at least 37.5 hours per week.
• University student graduating in 2029 with a placement year as part of the degree; applications from students graduating in 2027 or 2028 are also welcomed.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.
• Evidence of achievement or commitment in academic or non-academic activities.
• Students from a range of degree backgrounds, including modern languages, humanities, business, accounting, and economics, are encouraged to apply.
