What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across ION's core capabilities during the first 18 months.
• Explore areas including product strategy, product management, business intelligence, data analytics, implementation, consulting, sales, corporate development, and project management.
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations, analyses, and activity reports.
• Own projects, manage deadlines, participate in customer status calls, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows and product usage, conduct user interviews, and identify opportunities to improve products and automate complex processes.
• Transition into a deeper-dive role after completing the rotations.

Requirements

• Expected graduation in 2027.
• 2:1 degree or above.
• STEM, Business, or Economics degree preferred, and/or demonstrable interest in finance or technology.
• Leadership potential demonstrated in or outside the classroom, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with enthusiasm for learning, self-improvement, creativity, and innovation.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
