Location: Broughton, North Wales, United Kingdom; based at the Broughton site. The role may involve travel across hirify.global UK sites.

hirify.global operates an integrated Facilities Management and Real Estate organisation supporting hirify.global Commercial and hirify.global Defence & Space sites across the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the Head of General Services with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Support business management for the UK General Services organisation and collaborate with other hirify.global sites.
• Participate in capital investment planning and facilities-related projects.
• Integrate a multifunctional team approach across the UK Facilities Management organisation.
• Lead improvement projects supporting the future development of General Services.
• Prepare accurate performance reporting and build relationships across the plant to anticipate business needs.

Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate for the entire 12.5-month placement.
• Studying towards a degree in Business, Facilities Management, or an equivalent subject.
• Experience in data analysis and presenting data through graphics or dashboards.
• Open-minded and proactive approach.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Subject to BPSS screening; UK SC security clearance or export-control approval may also be required depending on the role.
