Marketing Manager, PSA UK

Location: Hammersmith, United Kingdom; onsite in the office 4 days per week at the London Receiving Center.

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the UK Receiving Center and PSA's UK presence.
• Manage social, digital, paid, email, events, partnerships, promotions, and community engagement channels.
• Create social content, manage communities, update websites and apps, and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Measure campaign performance, extract insights, and report on marketing initiatives.
• Localize global initiatives in collaboration with US and European marketing teams.
• Build relationships with community partners, hobby shops, event organizers, and related brands while supporting CRM and CMS optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles.
• Experience managing Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and live-streaming platforms.
• Hands-on experience creating social content, including copy, graphics, scheduling, and community management.
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Fluent English required.

• Knowledge of the trading-card or collectibles space.
• Fluency in additional languages.
