Creative Strategy Lead (AI)

Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center; in-office role

Base salary: $160,000–$210,000 per year

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting for finance teams and modernizes the financial system of record market.

What you will do

• Own creative strategy for paid and organic channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Develop customer-insight-based briefs, hooks, and creative concepts with designers and editors.
• Run test-and-learn cycles, analyze performance data, stop ineffective variants, and scale successful work.
• Build an in-house content studio focused on series, short-form video, and CFO and accounting content.
• Use AI tools to reduce production time while maintaining a high creative standard.
• Work with Growth, Product Marketing, and founders to connect creative output to pipeline.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or content.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is preferred.
• Strong writing skills and a clear perspective on effective advertising.
• Comfort working with data and using metrics as creative feedback.
• Ability to work effectively without an established playbook.
• Ability to work in the New York City office.
