Salary: $170,000–$197,000 USD annually, including OTE

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s LinkedIn, X, and emerging social media accounts.
• Define the company’s social topics, voice, and community presence.
• Turn product launches, industry news, research, events, and company moments into engaging content.
• Amplify ideas from executives, creators, customers, and industry voices.
• Plan and execute the social media editorial calendar.
• Own social media metrics and KPIs, using data to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience managing social media and growing online communities.
• Exceptional editing and writing skills, with the ability to identify strong hooks and maintain a clear, human voice.
• Strong understanding of how ideas, people, and narratives spread online.
• Genuine immersion in B2B technology and understanding of what makes people or brands worth following.
• Experience managing agencies and holding external partners accountable.
• Ability to build relationships with influential people and move quickly on emerging opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with video, data, humor, and emerging content formats.
• Experience working with executive thought leadership or influencer programs.
