Commercial Compliance Manager Northern Cluster (MedTech)

Location: Pinewood, Wokingham, United Kingdom; Maidenhead from 26 October. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with UK and Nordic leadership teams on strategic initiatives, business activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Translate compliance requirements into practical, commercially focused guidance for business decisions.
• Support governance, monitoring, risk assessment, and mitigation activities across multiple markets.
• Oversee Healthcare Compliance, Privacy, Careful Communications, and Records Management activities.
• Identify process improvements and implement practical solutions that improve compliance effectiveness and employee experience.
• Line-manage and develop a Commercial Compliance Executive while strengthening accountability across the business.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Compliance, Risk, Governance, Audit, Legal, Privacy, or another relevant control function.
• Strong business-partnering, stakeholder-management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in complex matrix organisations.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous situations, balance risk with business objectives, and challenge constructively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office in Wokingham, moving to Maidenhead from 26 October.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to healthcare compliance frameworks, industry codes, or regulatory environments.
• People leadership, line-management, project leadership, or organisational-change experience.
