What you will do

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the Managing Directors and Operations leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance management, and cash planning.
• Drive financial transparency and business performance across supply chain, technology, manufacturing, and R&D operations.
• Lead supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D controlling, including inventory, cost, productivity, project, product portfolio, and cost center analysis.
• Drive margin improvement, cost optimization, working capital management, finance transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the global SAP S/4HANA implementation and ensure governance, compliance, risk management, internal controls, talent development, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Finance and Controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience with senior leadership teams.
• Knowledge of production and supply chain processes, operational performance metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Experience with business growth, margin improvement, and working capital initiatives.
• Advanced SAP ECC/S4HANA and Power BI knowledge.
• Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
