What you will do
- Manage daily finance operations, including supplier payments, customer payments, reconciliations, and related processes.
- Review invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate discrepancies, missing or duplicated transactions, identify root causes, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and other periodic financial activities.
- Identify inefficient workflows and bottlenecks, then improve and document scalable finance processes.
- Lead or support automation and AI-based initiatives that reduce manual work and improve operational accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable or receivable, accounting, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to independently manage processes from start to finish with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Good Excel and Google Sheets skills, with confidence working with financial data.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach and comfort using AI and automation tools are required.

- Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
- Experience with ERP, accounting, payment, or finance systems.
- Experience improving or automating financial processes, including the use of AI tools.
- Experience with international suppliers, multiple currencies, or cross-border payments.
