TL;DR
Investment Banking Associate, Israel Coverage (Financial Modeling/M&A): Advising Israeli private and public companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, bond refinancing, equity issuances, and private capital raises with an accent on financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution. Focus on coordinating multidisciplinary deal teams, leading due diligence, preparing client presentations, and supporting negotiations of legal documentation.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; candidates must desire to work and live in Israel and engage in the local ecosystem.

What you will do
- Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analyses.
- Support M&A transactions, IPOs, fixed-income issuances, and private capital raises.
- Prepare client presentations covering industry trends, company situations, financial advice, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers across transaction teams and regions.
- Lead due diligence processes, support legal-document negotiations, and maintain client communication.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding academic and professional achievement.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive commitment to client service.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across groups and regions.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Desire to work and live in Israel and engage in the local ecosystem is required.
