AI Governance & GLC Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients on responsible adoption of Claude, Claude Code, coding agents, and other LLMs.
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, guardrails, operating models, playbooks, and reusable standards.
• Support Claude enterprise setup, including organizational structures, access controls, roles, permissions, and feature enablement.
• Set governance standards for Claude Code, MCP servers, connectors, web access, integrations, and other AI capabilities.
• Work with InfoSec, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Product, Engineering, Procurement, and business stakeholders to establish AI controls and prioritize use cases.
• Lead workshops, coach technical and nontechnical teams, support pilots, and define measures for adoption, value, risk, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in AI governance, responsible AI, technology governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or AI transformation consulting.
• Practical experience with Claude, Claude Code, or similar enterprise generative AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI security, access management, data protection, and governance.
• Familiarity with MCP, AI integrations and connectors, agentic AI, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience advising enterprise clients and working across technical and business teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, including presenting to executives and explaining complex technical and governance topics clearly.

Nice to have

• Claude certification from Anthropic.
• Experience with AI-driven SDLC transformation or enterprise Claude deployments.
• Background in regulated industries or change management.
• Experience scaling AI pilots into broader enterprise adoption.
