Growth Engineer

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid arrangement with 2–3 designated office days each week.

What you will do

• Own the backend development and ongoing technical health of the website and self-serve portal.
• Build custom components from design specifications and deliver reliable, performant, production-ready code.
• Manage Vercel deployments and backend infrastructure while improving site speed, performance, and reliability.
• Implement UI changes end to end and bridge design requirements with production delivery.
• Write Python queries to surface insights from the self-serve portal and support data-driven growth decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to conversion across the self-serve funnel in collaboration with product, design, and data teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with experience shipping and maintaining production website code.
• Hands-on Python experience, particularly for data queries.
• Experience with LLM and AI-first development workflows, including tools such as Claude or Cursor.
• Experience in a product-led growth or self-serve SaaS environment and understanding of conversion funnels.
• Experience managing and deploying to Vercel or equivalent modern hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• Strong autonomy, communication, collaboration, and production-focused iteration skills.
