Graduate Program L.I.F.T (Spring Boot/Kotlin)

Location: Belgrade, Vojvodina, Serbia. Hybrid workplace with both on-site work from the Airport City office and remote options.

What you will do

• Contribute to real-life product development projects for insurance companies.
• Help implement digital business innovations and technologies that improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support client-facing work and internal product development activities.
• Learn and apply Spring Boot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, and Redux through a structured onboarding plan.
• Collaborate with experienced software development and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or a natural science.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented programming language through university projects, internships, personal projects, or professional work.
• Understanding of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, backend development, database design, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
• Familiarity with testing practices, Git, and modern development tools.
• Strong analytical, logical, structured, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD, design systems, or reusable web components.
• Knowledge of UI5 web components.
