Product Manager (Data Platform) (Data Platform/Gaming): Discovering and driving data products that improve decision-making and player experiences across live game products with an accent on personalized player experiences, analytics, and machine learning. Focus on prioritizing high-impact opportunities, translating business goals into technical execution, and delivering data products from discovery through sunset.
Location: Helsinki, Finland — onsite. The role ideally requires being based in Helsinki. Relocation support is available.

is a Helsinki-based games company creating and operating mobile games including Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars.
What you will do
- Discover, prioritize, and validate high-impact opportunities for data products.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, goals, expectations, and success metrics.
- Partner with Data Science & Machine Learning and Analytics Engineering teams.
- Build relationships with game teams and central stakeholders and facilitate alignment.
- Bridge business goals and technical execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Deliver data products that improve decision quality, business outcomes, and player experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive product management expertise and a strong record of delivering business value.
- Technical depth to engage with engineering and data teams, including productized machine learning and data-intensive products.
- Experience defining and shipping impactful data products.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in games and the gaming industry, with a user-centric approach to internal users and players.
- Ideally based in Helsinki and able to work onsite.
Nice to have
- Experience with personalization, AI bots, AI/BI tooling, or experimentation such as A/B testing.
- Games industry experience, especially with free-to-play live-service games.
