Senior IT Automation Tester (Python + Robot Framework)

Location: Hybrid work with 3 days a week from the office in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia, Poland

Rate: Up to 120 PLN/h net + VAT

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and control manual and automated testing activities.
• Create and maintain test documentation, evaluate results, and support defect management.
• Implement automated and manual test cases and continuously improve testing frameworks.
• Analyze requirements, create test data, and configure test environments and service virtualization.
• Report testing progress using tools such as Qtest and support the resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and capability leads on testing activities and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python and Robot Framework.
• Experience with XML, CSV, JSON, HTTP protocols, MSSQL, and SQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of Jenkins or Bamboo, Git flow, Agile principles, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Experience with Java-based testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.
