Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases and scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, web, and backend testing.
• Validate backend logic and data integrity with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Test REST APIs using Bruno, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Contribute to UI test automation with Playwright, Robot Framework, or similar frameworks.
• Manage defects, support releases, collaborate across the SDLC/STLC, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Strong manual testing experience and exposure to test automation.
• Experience with test design techniques, QA methodologies, SQL, REST APIs, JIRA, and XRAY or similar test management tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and the ability to work independently in distributed teams.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level is required.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with Playwright or Robot Framework for UI automation.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, or Python scripting.
• Experience testing high-availability or distributed systems.
