IT Director (AI)

Location: On-site in Barcelona or Warsaw

What you will do

• Own the global strategy and operating model for workplace technology and IT service delivery.
• Lead end-user computing, identity and access, device lifecycle, collaboration tools, office connectivity, service management, assets, licenses, vendors, and operational resilience.
• Build a roadmap balancing reliability, security, colleague experience, cost, and business needs.
• Lead and develop a distributed IT team, establish service standards, and create clear ownership across functions.
• Partner with Security, Business Systems, People Experience, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and company leaders.
• Use automation and AI to improve support, knowledge management, provisioning, analysis, and controls.

Requirements

• Experience leading IT for a complex, multi-country organization with distributed teams, entities, offices, and regulatory expectations.
• Strong understanding of identity, access, endpoints, data handling, continuity, security, and operational resilience.
• Experience owning budgets, vendors, licenses, assets, technology portfolios, and commercial decisions.
• Track record of leading significant change, building strong teams, and establishing clear accountability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical leaders and make difficult technology and operational decisions.
• Experience transforming an IT environment at scale; healthcare experience is not required.
