IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Open for contractors based in Poland

Rate: 90–120 PLN per hour on a B2B contract

Flix operates global identity, access management, cloud, and on-premises IT infrastructure supporting internal business services.

What you will do

• Integrate internal and external applications into the identity infrastructure, including single sign-on solutions.
• Maintain and improve identity and access management services across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design and implement role-based access control concepts to improve governance and operational efficiency.
• Drive identity and infrastructure improvements from concept through implementation.
• Automate recurring infrastructure and identity management tasks using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Support internal business services and document technical solutions, workflows, procedures, and configuration decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or a comparable identity and access management platform.
• Advanced knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML authentication protocols.
• At least 3 years of scripting experience, ideally with Python.
• At least 1 year of experience with infrastructure-as-code solutions, preferably Terraform.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations.
• Basic experience with APIs, application integration, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-a-service solutions.
• Basic knowledge of React or related web technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
