ACM Intern Quality Assurance (Clinical Laboratory Operations)

Location: Hybrid; must reside in Rochester, New York, United States

Pay range: $19.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives within the Quality department.
• Transition historical quality records and archived documentation from paper storage to a searchable electronic archive.
• Inventory, organize, and categorize records according to retention schedules and document classifications.
• Scan documents, verify image quality and completeness, and perform metadata entry and file indexing.
• Standardize electronic file naming and folder structures.
• Conduct quality checks, track and reconcile archived materials, and prepare records for long-term electronic storage.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program.
• Must reside in Rochester, New York.
• Ability to perform prolonged sitting and computer-based work requiring fine motor skills, clear vision, and sustained concentration.
