Change and Communications Lead (Agile Digital Products): Leading change, communications and engagement activities for a Digital Agile Release Train delivering customer-facing digital and product changes with an accent on stakeholder impact assessment, release readiness and audience-specific communications. Location: Hybrid role requiring work across the Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices, with work from home as agreed

What you will do
- Lead integrated change, communications, engagement and readiness planning for the Digital Agile Release Train.
- Embed change planning into Program Increment planning, sprint cadence, showcases, release planning and go-live milestones.
- Assess stakeholders, business impacts, dependencies, change saturation, sequencing and readiness risks across concurrent releases.
- Translate technical and product changes into clear communications for leaders, frontline teams, contact-centre teams and other impacted audiences.
- Prepare FAQs, leader briefing packs, talking points, learning updates and knowledge content for customer-facing releases.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Marketing and Brand, Legal and Compliance, Contact Centre and operational teams while monitoring adoption and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management and/or internal and external communications.
- Practical experience with a change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent.
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital or product changes and related organisational change.
- Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery models, including Agile Release Train or squad cadences.
- Experience with stakeholder and change impact assessments, readiness planning and communications across multiple releases.
- Strong written and verbal communication, planning, prioritisation, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
