Internal Communications Specialist (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Support global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create and distribute leadership communications, company-wide announcements, and other internal content.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop clear, engaging messaging.
• Support internal events, campaigns, and intranet content.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, communications, or change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and stakeholders with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools; a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
