Senior Project Manager (Oncology)

Location: Remote from Sofia, Warsaw, or Madrid; approximately 25% travel required

What you will do

• Develop and execute global project plans to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day project and programme deliveries against tight timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and delivery strategies.
• Oversee vendors and CROs, manage budgets, and develop project documentation and reports.
• Mentor team members, support continuous improvement, and make executive decisions with senior leadership.
• Apply industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen project management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive global project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Solid oncology project management experience and experience in a Global Project Manager role.
• Pharma or CRO experience in a global setting.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring experience.
