Player Protection Analyst - Part-Time (iGaming)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, England, United Kingdom. Office-based for the first four months during probation and training, followed by hybrid work with two office days per week.

Salary: £14,528 per year, plus up to 20% annual company bonus.

What you will do

• Review customer accounts and gambling activity for signs of harm, concern, or risky behaviour.
• Speak with customers by phone about their gambling activity and provide safer-gambling guidance.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats related to customer wellbeing.
• Assess behaviour, affordability, and verbal admissions to determine appropriate account interventions.
• Use internal systems to action alerts, complete safer-gambling checks, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage customer complaints and share safer-gambling knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to handle a high volume of sensitive customer conversations by telephone.
• Strong investigative, analytical, assessment, decision-making, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across telephone, email, and live chat.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, accurate, and confident under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for four shifts per week between 17:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, plus full-time training from Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30.
