Senior IT Applications Specialist (Power Platform Developer) (Power Platform/Microsoft 365): Designing, developing, securing, and supporting reliable Power Platform solutions with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Focus on resolving incidents within SLAs, managing solution lifecycles, applying secure engineering practices, and communicating technical risks and delivery progress to stakeholders.

What you will do
- Design, develop, secure, test, release, and support Power Platform solutions and reusable components.
- Monitor applications, flows, usage, failures, and licence indicators, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain technical documentation, support notes, release records, and knowledge articles.
- Evaluate technical requirements, advise on solution options, and deliver complex changes using agreed standards and lifecycle processes.
- Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria with product leads and stakeholders.
- Communicate delivery progress, incidents, risks, dependencies, and escalations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Power Platform development, application design, and support.
- Demonstrated experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration patterns.
- Development experience with JSON, Azure, RESTful web services, and Power BI.
- Experience with Agile software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to deliver high-complexity changes following approved designs, standards, testing, and release processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, accountability, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to improve Power Platform development productivity.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
- Experience estimating effort for deliverables.
